The V SPA “Petite-Suite” is the fastest and easiest boutique spa concept to ramp up and operate successfully. We offer different financial plans to select from when deciding to join our growing network of franchisees in this exciting new industry of Modern Women’s Holistic Health!
The startup cost for operating The V SPA®️ “Petite-Suite” annually can range from $30,000.00-$50,000 per annum. This gives you an option to ramp up either in a single professional studio suite with just four luxury infrared V SPA Sauna Chairs or a double professional salon suite, with six luxury infrared V SPA®️ Sauna Chairs.
Franchise Fee
One-Time Initial Franchise investment fee is the cost of acquisition and support to join our franchise system. It is $25,000* per single unit, this fee affords all V Spa Sauna equipments, operating materials, mentorship, training, site selection and lease negotiation assistance. We will also provide site build-out assistance; access to our suppliers, manufactures, and vendors.
This fee can be paid in two ways
Up front payment of $25,000 per single unit (less taxes and fees)
or
Our Easy Approval Net 60 Terms
A Three Monthly Installments of $8,333 plus an installment plan interest fee $1,500.00* (less taxes and fees)

Equipment & Recurring Material Costs such as steaming herbs, linens, PPE supplies etc., may range between $5,000-$10,000/yr.

Monthly Royalty fee
The Recurring Monthly or periodical franchise fee base ranges between $2450.00-$4950.00* It is structured on a percentage model. Which means calculated by turnover or gross profits of franchisees revenue and capped. Which franchise product is selected determines the base cost of the monthly royalty fee. This cost covers the total expense of professional, administrative, and contractor services. The license to use intellectual property such as The V Spa®️ trademark, brand service marks, products, operating systems and continued support throughout the length of the franchise contract is also included in royalty fees. Once the upper threshold of sales is reached the monthly figure of ongoing Royalty Fees are capped and exceed no higher. The Royalty Fee is not aggressively sales-based, this way you can remain motivated to see sales/profits increase.

Master Franchise
The V SPA “Holistic Medi-Spa” concept requires $200,000-$400,000 per unit to ramp up in a standalone luxury medical spa establishment and independently operate at full scale successfully. Exact startup costs is contingent on designation of location/territory and duration of franchise agreement. This upscale concept allows for additional offerings as accoutrements to what we are best known for, which are V Steams. You’ll also be able to provide Natural Body Contouring, Butt Plumper, Detox Sauna Wraps, Womb Massage, Womb Yoga, Wood Therapy, Teeth Whitening, Ionic Foot Detox, plus some advanced Aesthetics such as; Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage/Massage, Cellulite Reduction, Ultra-Sonic Cavitation, RF Skin Tightening, B12 Injections, IV Hydration Therapy, Lash Extensions*, Lash Lift*, Microblading, Brow Tint, Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Facials.
The Medi-Spa is an employee based establishment and therefore payroll costs are to be considered. Required licensures to administer and/or medically supervise certain cosmetic treatments may vary by state, warranting an Esthetician, Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or
