OUR WELLNESS POLICIES

At The V Spa, we pride ourselves on a culture of excellence. It shows up in everything we do, every day and have only stood to thrive thus far because of it. With health and wellness at the forefront of our brand, it is especially important to us that our community of guests are confident in our safety and sanitation standards.

We have taken the following health and safety measures in order to ensure we are always prioritizing our employees’ and guests’ well-being.

FACIAL MASKS ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO ENTRY*

  • All V SPA sanctuaries are set up for each guest to check-in individually into a space that is equipped with sanitizer and a hand wash area in the changing rooms. We afford complimentary refreshments before or after your session at this time, but NOT during the session unless otherwise noted and one of our employees ready to assist you.

  • All V SPA employees will be wearing face masks and protective gloves during their scheduled shifts as usual.

CLEAN AIR TECH

  • All V Spa sanctuaries are set up with the revolutionary Molekule Air + Air Mini filters to ensure that all of our sanctuaries are clean air zones. All Private treatment rooms will also be equipped with the Air Mini to ensure that the air is clean and bacteria-free. For additional information on these devices you can reference molekule.com.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • Hand sanitizing stations will be set up throughout The V Spa sanctuary along with signage directing all guests to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

  • We will be limiting total occupancy to ensure that social distancing guidelines are followed.

ULTRA HYGIENIC

  • Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment, unless otherwise noted.

  • Each V Sauna, and its components along with all high-touch surfaces will be thoroughly sanitized, and disinfected on a highly recurring basis as a part of our cleaning and safety guidelines.
